WOODBRIDGE A quintet of Perth Amboy residents were arrested on theft charges this morning after they allegedly grabbed newly released pairs of Air Jordan sneakers from three people who had just bought them at Woodbridge Center Mall,Woolrich Online Shop, township police said.
