FHFA says prices rose for 13th consecutive month
WASHINGTON, April 23 () -- A U.S. home price index rose 0.67 percent January to February, the Federal Housing Finance Agency said Tuesday.The agency said home prices rose 7.1 percent on a 12-month basis in February, but remain 13.6 percent below their peak, which came in April 2007.It has been more than a year since prices declined month to month.
