Farley taped her first scenes Thursday at the show's studio in Stamford, Conn. The reality TV personality plays Nikki, an employee at the trendy nightclub Shelter."As Shelter's newest barmaid, club owner Blair Cramer [played by Kassie DePaiva] knows that it's best to keep an eye on Nikki so things don't get out of control," producers said in a release.
